Returns and refunds

Because all merchandise purchases directly support International Connect’s nonprofit mission, refunds are not offered.


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused
The item is in original condition
The item is in its original packaging
Returned items must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.


The following items are not eligible for return:
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Items returned after the 14-day window
Sale or clearance items


At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Nonprofit Notice


All proceeds from merchandise sales go directly toward funding International Connect’s programs that support international students. We appreciate your understanding and support of our mission.
